The client
Brownbeauty Magic is a modern revival of the classic 1930s supper club, held twice a month at Coach’s Lounge in Huntington Beach, California. Guests start the evening with close-up sleight of hand at the bar, sit down to a four-course prix fixe dinner, and finish with a headlining stage magic show. Seating is limited and every ticket is booked in advance: there are no walk-ins.
The challenge
A night of live magic is hard to sell with words alone. People need to see the gasps at the table, the full dining room and the stage show before they book, and with a new show date every two weeks, each one needs its own push to fill the room.
The reels
Short vertical videos for Instagram and Facebook that put viewers inside the evening:
- The stage show: the headline act, filmed from the audience so viewers feel the atmosphere of the main stage.
- Magic at the table: close-up sleight of hand performed inches from the guests, with their real reactions.
- A full room: a table-side magician working a packed dining room, showing the energy of a sold-out night.
- The invitation: a host in the lounge presenting the evening and its tickets, with a clear reason to book.
Every reel points viewers to the same place: the booking page, so interest turns into reserved seats.
The posts
Alongside the reels, a run of branded posts keeps every show date in front of followers: headliner announcements, “tonight is the night” final calls when seats are running out, performer spotlights, reminders that the supper club runs twice a month, and moments from the dining room. Each one carries the club’s black, gold and deep purple look, so the feed reads like the evening itself.
