At Creative Solutionss, we strive to deliver exceptional results and ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service.
  • Service Not Delivered: If Creative Solutionss fails to initiate or deliver the agreed-upon service(s) within the specified timeline, and no revised timeline has been mutually agreed upon.
  • Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel a project before our team starts work on it, you are entitled to a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

  • Completed Services: Once the service has been fully delivered and approved by the client.
  • Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel after work has already commenced.
  • Third-Party Costs: Fees paid to third-party vendors (e.g., ad spend on Google, Meta, hosting fees, plugin or software purchases) are non-refundable.
  • Delays Due to Client: If the delay or cancellation is caused by lack of client communication, missing assets (content, images, credentials), or approval delays.

Partial Refunds

In cases where work has started but not been completed, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. The amount refunded will be calculated based on:

  • Percentage of work completed
  • Time invested by our team
  • Resources already allocated

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Send a written request to contact@creativesolutionss.com with your order number, project name, and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review the request within 7 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate your concern by contacting our management team directly. We will work to resolve disputes professionally and fairly.
